Yin yoga involves holding stretches for longer periods of time, stretching the fascia found all throughout the body. This simple practice offers unique physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
I share movement practices with a focus on more rest and connection with the self, and holding space for each individual’s unique experiences and needs. I aim to make these practices available to more humans while offering respectful and supportive spaces to move and be.
