About
Hello, I’m Haley (she/her).
I share yin yoga and other accessible movement. My intention as a teacher is to hold space for others to get curious about their human experience and feel empowered to decide what works for them. In my classes I center slowing down and connecting with our often busy and stressed minds and bodies, with focus on creating respectful, supportive, and safer spaces.
I have deep gratitude for my teachers, Sarasvati Hewitt and Matthew Schulman, whose unique and incredibly informed teachings have excited and inspired me to share the beautiful practice of yin.
In my personal life I spend quiet time outside, practice cultivating intentional relationships, shop at farmers markets, climb, dance, read, and play.
Thanks for being you. I hope to see you in class.
