Yin yoga and other accessible, supportive movement
Yin is the practice of holding stretches in simple postures for several minutes at a time. This practice stretches the fascia, or connective tissue, found all throughout the body. It offers unique and powerful benefits including a calmer nervous system, improved sleep, reduced pain, and improved mobility.
I share movement practices with a focus on more rest and connection with the self, and holding space for each individual’s unique experiences and needs. I aim to make these practices available to more humans while offering respectful and supportive spaces to move and be.
